Solution Architect IT Corporate Functions & Financials (f/m/d), Vibracoustic SE & Co. KG

Salary: 60.000 - 85.000 € per year

Requirements:

I hold a degree in IT or a comparable related field.
I have strong professional experience in Finance, Controlling, and HR systems, ideally SAP FI/CO.
I possess industry experience, preferably in the automotive sector; previous consulting experience is a plus.
I am highly experienced with IT architecture, ITIL, PMI, and tools like LeanIX or ServiceNow.
I am open-minded, team-oriented, and possess intercultural competence.
As a strong communicator, I am business fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Responsibilities:

I will design and implement enterprise-level IT solutions for Finance, Controlling, and Corporate Functions (HR, Treasury, Customs, Legal and Compliance, Internal Audit, and Communication).
I will define strategic IT architecture aligned with company goals.
To recommend best-fit technologies, I will analyze different business demands.
I will ensure secure, cost-efficient, and scalable IT services.
I will partner with executive stakeholders and Freudenberg ITC.
As part of my technical leadership responsibility, I will guide and develop my team of experts.
I will drive digital business transformation across platforms and processes.
