Requirements:

Several years of client-facing project management experience on technical projects such as integrations, data migrations, custom software, or AI solutions, in a consultancy, agency, or service provider.
Experience owning budgets and scope, not just coordinating timelines.
Technical understanding sufficient to follow discussions about APIs, interfaces, data models, and AI systems, and to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with enterprise clients and their IT, security, and procurement processes.
Business-level German and fluent English.
Hands-on experience with AI or LLM projects, ideally including a POC that went into production, is a plus.
Exposure to HubSpot, ERP systems, or integration platforms such as iPaaS or middleware is a plus.
Working knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act in a project context is a plus.

Responsibilities:

With us, you will own timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholders for a portfolio of AI, integration, and engineering projects, from kickoff to go-live.
You will structure AI projects into clear phases, from discovery to POC to production, and agree on success criteria with clients upfront.
You will work with enterprise clients across IT, information security, procurement, and business sponsorship, in German and English.
You will identify data and integration risks early so estimates reflect the actual systems involved.
You will manage scope changes through clear Change Requests rather than unbilled work.
You will work closely with our engineers in Böblingen and Lisbon, translating technical details into client decisions.
You will use AI tooling in your daily work for reporting, documentation, and risk tracking.

We are Thorit, an AI and CRM consultancy for the agent-native enterprise and a Diamond HubSpot Partner. We work with enterprise B2B clients in DACH and the Nordics, building and operating the agent layer on top of HubSpot and related systems. This full-time role reports to the Team Lead Project Management and sits within our Project Management Practice. You will work with software and AI engineers, solution architects, and UX designers from our AI & Engineering Practice in Böblingen and Lisbon. Our tech stack includes HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, Forecast, Claude, Microsoft Teams, and Miro, alongside integration and middleware platforms, ERP interfaces, and agent tooling built on large language models. The role is hybrid, with regular on-site presence at our Böblingen office and two office days per week. The annual salary is €80,000-€100,000.
