Project Manager (m/f/d) for International Marine Projects, NVL B.V. & Co. KG

Your position in our crew

Managing interfaces between internal and external stakeholders, including communication with authorities and subcontractors, as well as overseeing on-site project execution at national and international locations.
Defining clear KPIs to assess project performance and supporting NVL teams in implementing efficient processes, reporting standards, and organizational development initiatives.
Analyzing company-wide processes on both national and international levels, addressing discrepancies, and establishing standardized guidelines to ensure alignment.
Utilizing your proactive and solution-oriented approach to optimize existing processes and actively contribute to the acceleration and improvement of project-related workflows.

What's in your kitbag

A master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Certification in PMI or IPMA is an advantage.
Several years of experience in senior project management roles, ideally within international projects in the defense sector and managing large-scale budgets.
Professional experience in the shipbuilding or aerospace industry, as well as working with government institutions, is desirable.
A cooperative and participative leadership style with the ability to inspire employees toward innovation and results-oriented work.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
