MTU TURBOMECA ROLLS-ROYCE GmbH (MTR) and MTU TURBOMECA ROLLS-ROYCE ITP GmbH (MTRI) is an internationally operating company with 17 employees. MTR/MTRI is responsible for managing the production, sales and support of the MTR390-E and MTR390-2C gas turbines.

Directly attached to the Managing Director, your main role will consist to supporting the MTRI-Team as a back office for administrative and logistic issues.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Organization of advertising and marketing activities (advertising material, assistance)
Ordering office material
Organization of participation to trade fairs
Shopping of kitchen needs / caretaker plants
Caretaker of address data
Administration of MTR / MTRI Documents (MDs)
Administration of MTR / MTRI Web Site
Actualization of standard company presentation German / English
Create presentation material German / English
Monitoring and structuring of office drives
Organization, administration and storage of correspondences
Event planning
Translations (German / English)
Handling internal / external mails
Visitors' hospitality
Telecommunication in German / English (Teleconferences)
Administration of cash box
Internet research
Negotiations with suppliers (office equipment, advertising)
Pre- and rework of meeting materials and documents
Deputize for the MD Assistant in case of absence
First aid provider for the MTRI office area

AUTHORITIES

Acts independently within the scope of his job description.
Makes decisions independently within the objectives and parameters agreed upon with his supervisor.
Represents the company responsibly to clients, partners and authorities within the scope of the authority granted to him.
Authorized to sign in accordance with the applicable regulations defined in MD0.002/MD0.202.
Acts in accordance with the Quality principles and company's Code of Conduct established by MTR/MTRI, and supports its effectiveness, maintenance, continuous improvement and all kind of official audits.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Advanced skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), modern communication, collaboration, and document management tools
Fluent English and German
Administrative and pro-active organizational and communication skills
Pronounced social and intercultural competence
Certified first responder
