Your tasks

Thanks to you, everything runs smoothly in our Windows client environment, because you not only have the conception and deployment safely in your hands, but also take care of the administration in the first step.
For more in-depth admin tasks and as part of 3rd-level support, you will effectively liaise with our service provider and work together to resolve any problems.
To ensure that our client platform is always up to date, you will work internationally with colleagues from across the bank on strategic and operational development.
We can also count on you in application management: You pull the strings in release and client lifecycle management, coordinating and providing support.
You also maintain a confident overview of Windows client projects, manage them prudently and bring them to a successful conclusion.
And, of course, you ensure that everything fits with technical tests and keep our support units on track with concise and comprehensible manuals and documentation.

Your profile

Degree with a focus on IT, specialist IT training or relevant professional experience
Sound specialist knowledge in the areas of Windows Client, Azure, Intune and M365
Expertise in PowerShell and in the area of software packaging / software distribution
Familiar with ITIL processes
Ability to think outside the box and develop sustainable solutions
Very good written and spoken German and English
