As an Onsite Technician, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech in Ottobrunn, ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions with a smile.
- Take ownership of IT systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.).
- Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
- Analyze and document system and application errors, ensuring timely resolution.
What you'll need:
- Completed apprenticeship as IT Specialist for System Integration or 2+ years of experience in IT support.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft environment.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with Google Environment (Docs/Sheets).
- Driver's license class B.
- Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English skills for daily use.
