What you'll do:
- Be the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Take ownership of installing and configuring hardware and software, playing a key role in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
- Showcase your analytical skills by troubleshooting and documenting system and application errors effectively.
What you'll need:
- Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent experience in IT support.
- Proven experience working with ticketing systems.
- Solid understanding of software and hardware within a Second Level Support context, particularly in a Microsoft environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, which you'll be using daily.
