We are looking for a AI & Process Innovation Expert (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

Identify, design, and implement AI use cases to enhance strategy execution, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions in collaboration with IT, data teams, and vendors
Apply Lean and E.ON Business System principles to develop AI-enabled process improvements
Align AI initiatives with Energy Retail and group-wide digital, data, and sustainability strategies
Build business cases, track impact, and ensure adoption through structured change management
Promote responsible AI use, governance, and ethical implementation standards
Educate and coach teams to strengthen AI literacy across the organization

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
3+ years' experience in AI/ML, digital transformation, or data-driven process improvement
Solid understanding of Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methods
Experience in cross-functional, international environments; energy sector knowledge is a plus
Skilled at translating complex AI concepts into clear business language
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
Curious, pragmatic, and impact-driven with strong stakeholder management skills
