We are Autonomous Teaming, a defence-tech start-up specializing in machine vision solutions. We build nimble, scalable, cost-effective defence technologies, including systems that enable computers and sensors to work as coordinated teams in real time against AI-powered asymmetric threats such as drone swarms and other UXVs. In this hands-on robotics role, you will help develop production-ready perception and multi-object tracking systems for complex, dynamic, GPS-denied environments, working with our robotics team on real robotic platforms rather than research prototypes. We offer an international, agile team, opportunities for career growth and continuous development, work with state-of-the-art AI, robotics, and autonomy technologies, a steep learning curve, team events, and a collaborative culture. We value close, in-person collaboration while maintaining flexibility aligned with role and team needs, and foster ownership, responsibility, and trust. We are based in Munich, Berlin, and Toulouse and are expanding across Europe.
